Eduardo Vargas' newest restaurant is little rough around the edges, but it has a lot going for it: quality ingredients, good service, a cozy decor, a 4am closing time and the backing of a big name. The drinks are below par and the burger quality inconsistent, but hopefully that's just the usual growing pain signs.
