“You've been away from Manhattan for too long and you are on an expense account. The quality of meat is workable, the environment as you'd expect for a hotel, the help is well intentioned but do not quite understand the concept.
Choice of rock salts. Opened the "mushroom rock salt" container and it was empty.
"Oh, we will be removing that container next week, we cannot keep them full," she said.
Well then, problem solved I guess!
