Shanghai's consummate sports bar offers three locations in which to enjoy classic entertainment with foosball and pool tables as well as a host of flat screen and projection TVs. Drawing large crowds for events such as the Superbowl and World Cup, this bar has expanded its menu both in quantity of dishes and quality. “Food just average. We ordered the mains. Lasagne OK. Fish and chips not up to par. The chips tasted like they had been fried in old oil. Fish fine but only a small portion. Pie and mash just OK. Nothing to rave about. Blue frog does it better but without pub atmosphere.”
“My local Big Bamboo. A place to watch some sports. Drink some beers. Hamburgers are not too shabby either. Good for after work drinks. Blue Frog next door still has the better burgers - just not the pub atmosphere of Big Bamboo.”
