This Vargas-owned and managed restaurant specializes in Peruvian-style rotisserie-cooked chicken. Pretty much everything on the menu features poultry: you can get roasted chicken, chicken sandwiches, chicken salads and even chicken soup. Don't plan on dropping in though, you can only order delivery from here.
