No_photo During lunch hour, be prepared to wait in line behind large groups of locals waiting to cash in on these extremely economical Italian dishes. Spaghetti bolognaise and alfredo top the list for pasta. The atmosphere is rowdy and the food only passable, but at least you won’t pay Western prices.
