The second venture from the folks who brought you New York Style Pizza concentrates on bringing hefty burgers and real American-style steaks to the 'Hai. Their tasty steaks are quite affordable. “While the burgers are creative and attractive and respectably priced, they might as well stop asking how you want your burgers cooked as usually its the polar opposite. And last time there was something that might have been sinew in the burger that a knife couldn't even cut through. I have low expectations for service and they still managed to lower the bar considerably - not sure how they won out as number one burger in Shanghai. Three visits, three disappointments. So much for third time's a charm. ”
“Took some folks there today (12/6/2010). Spent 30 minutes waiting for the useless staff to get their act together to clean a table. We finally left disgusted. Some folks who arrived after us decided to keep waiting and waited a further 15 minutes before leaving and going to Casa 13. Shoddy service! Crap Service! Still want to try the burgers... but not when the service is so bad! ”
